Golf - Leider Cup 2006 - The Vienna Golfaholics Society
- Calling all Golfaholics -

The Vienna Golfaholics Society was founded in 2000, its objective being to organise a friendly golf tournament each year and then spend the rest of the year talking about it.

Memberships mainly comprises international people living in Vienna but locals are also welcome. Last year we had 44 members playing against the local Hainburg team. Our team was truly international - around 15 nationalities took part.

This year's tournament takes place over the weekend 27/28 May at Golf Club Hainburg about 40 minutes due east of Vienna.

Most participants take advantage of the accommodation available at the nearby Hotel Marc Aurel, around 10 minutes drive from the course. I will arrange the accommodation if you need it.

For those who still a bit rusty after the winter break there will a chance to have a practice round on Friday.

This year's prices have yet to be confirmed but the golf costs around 40 Euro per round and the accommodation is also around 40 Euro per night (cheaper if you stay longer)
